Duties and Responsibilities


We are seeking an Executive Hospitality Manager for Red's Wine Tavern. As a key member of our management team, you will provide outstanding experiences for our guests by adhering to our standards of quality and service. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Assisting the General Manager in creating a unique dining experience that combines great service with culinary quality and excellence.
  • Inspiring team members to deliver exceptional results and achieve industry-wide recognition for meeting the tastes and needs of our guests.
  • Coaching and leading team members to ensure they receive excellent training and support.
  • Managing financials and working to achieve and exceed established goals.
  • Living and teaching Service Inspired Values and Promises.
  • Using strong time management skills and attention to detail to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • A degree or diploma in culinary or hospitality management (an asset).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a high-level hospitality environment.
  • S Smart Serve and food handler's certification (mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to operate with flexibility.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits (an asset).
  • Passion for food and background in high-level hospitality.
  • Possession of five core values: hospitality, authenticity, quality, fun, and courage.

Salary


The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on location and experience.
