Job Description

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional dining experiences, focusing on satisfaction from the first bite to the last. You will work closely with our ownership team to foster and lead a kitchen culture that is positive, innovative, and inclusive.

Your creativity, solid foundation in culinary techniques, and ability to innovate while respecting traditional flavors will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment. You will also have the opportunity to inspire, manage, and mentor a team towards achieving collective goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in high-quality Italian restaurant cooking, a portfolio that highlights your journey and achievements, and strong leadership skills. You must be passionate about crafting exceptional dining experiences, have a creative mind, and be able to work well under pressure.
