Job Title: Executive Banquet Manager

Ameen's Kitchen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Banquet Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all banquet events.

About the Role

This is a permanent position offering 30 hours per week with opportunities for professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of managing high-volume catering events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate special events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings
  • Determine food portions and costs, plan menus, and estimate food requirements
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and manage inventory levels
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, train them in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed
