Royal Bank of Canada is a leading investment and wealth management firm that prioritizes client relationships and growth. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Client Relationship Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for deepening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional client service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and events for Investment Advisors with clients and prospects, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Provide proactive client service with a problem-resolution focus, liaising with various departments as needed.
  • Respond to client account inquiries and remain accountable for follow-up, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Help build and execute business plans, client segmentation, and client service plans to drive growth and retention.
  • Identify and execute opportunities among existing clients for asset consolidation, referrals, and other growth initiatives.
  • Co-manage the client acquisition pipeline, working with the advisory team to close new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Deepen relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) through ongoing management and strategic partnerships.
  • Trading and/or Portfolio Rebalancing

Requirements

  • Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with IIROC
  • Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course or Investment Management Techniques (IMT)
  • University degree
  • A self-directed individual with a growth and goals-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
