Sr Salesforce Developer Job Description

At OSI Digital, we are seeking an experienced Sr Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CRM, including Sales, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions for clients, leveraging expertise in declarative programming, Apex, and Aura/LWC components.
  • Collaborate with clients' technology solution architects and data developers to deliver Salesforce development projects in an Agile sprint-based fashion.
  • Provide training and coaching on Salesforce development processes, methodology, and architecture to clients' teams.
  • Develop reusable Apex applications for internal and customer use.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and industry trends, applying knowledge to improve client solutions.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Salesforce CRM industry experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce declarative, custom Apex development, LWC, and SOQL experience.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) solution architecture.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate them across disparate systems.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Significant technical and/or business process consulting experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Migration.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) usage of Advance Approvals and Price Rules.
