Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location:
Position Type: Full time
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Sales, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), with hands-on experience in real-time project implementation on CPQ.
  • Strong skills in declarative programming and Apex development, including triggers, test classes, batch processes, and Aura & LWC components.
  • Experience in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) usage of advanced approvals and price rules, as well as strong experience in Sales Cloud with opportunity, products, and service contracts.
  • Collaboration with clients' technology solution architects, Salesforce data developers, and third-party implementation providers to work on Salesforce development items in an Agile sprint-based fashion.
  • Providing support and training to clients' technology solution architects and Salesforce data developers on dev processes, methodology, and Salesforce architecture.
  • Assisting in defining, developing, and implementing clients' Salesforce strategy.
  • Developing reusable Apex applications for internal and customer use.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Migration is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Significant technical and/or business process consulting experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce CRM industry experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce declarative, custom Apex development, LWC, and SOQL experience.
  • Expertise in providing solution architecture on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick).
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience.
