Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at IBII Construction Inc. as a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including planning and controlling budgets, scheduling appointments, and managing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player
