Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Team Manager to join our team at CDW. As a key member of our proposal management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of proposal specialists to deliver high-quality proposals that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of proposal specialists to deliver high-quality proposals
  • Develop and implement proposal management strategies to ensure timely and effective delivery of proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
  • Manage and analyze proposal data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in proposal management or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality proposals and managing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
