We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Nguyen's Vietnamese Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and make adjustments as needed.
  • Operations Management: Evaluate and improve daily operations, including food preparation, menu pricing, and staff performance.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure that all necessary products are available.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will work under pressure to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
