We're seeking a passionate and experienced sales leader to join our Bell Canada neighbourhood marketing team as a District Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Mentor and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales success in assigned neighbourhoods.
  2. Coach representatives one-on-one and in group settings to improve sales performance.
  3. Assist with staff management and recruiting efforts to maintain top talent.
  4. Ensure field teams meet productivity, sales, and performance requirements.
  5. Analyze data to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  6. Assist with reporting in assigned districts.
