We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team at Acosta. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives who visit households within assigned neighborhoods on behalf of Bell Canada to achieve sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales success.
- Coach representatives one-on-one and in group settings to improve sales performance.
- Assist with staff management and recruiting efforts to maintain top talent.
- Ensure field teams meet productivity, sales, and performance requirements.
- Use data to identify gaps and areas that need improvement.
- Assist with reporting in assigned district.
