Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast and manage sales objectives to ensure maximum production capability within the district.
  • Identify and address sales performance gaps at dealerships to drive improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with dealerships to ensure effective inventory management and promotional activities.
  • Provide sales and customer support to dealerships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business or related field.
  • Sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Bilingual (French/English).
