About the Role

Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Registered Dealer Specialist to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Private Investment and Institutional Operations department, you will be responsible for administering registered and non-registered accounts, executing transaction requests, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute trade requests for various account types, including Family Plan, Private Investment Program, Large Account Pricing Program, Institutional, and Corporate Accounts.
  • Process In-Good-Order (IGO) transactions in a timely manner and ensure all Not-In-Good-Order (NIGO) requests are communicated within 48 hours.
  • Review Quality Control items and resolve financial issues same day.
  • Achieve established standards and targets for call and email handling, problem resolution, and transaction processing.
  • Create Salesforce cases for every inbound interaction and review Know Your Client (KYC) information for suitability discussions.
  • Prepare and deliver investor materials for Exempt Market products and provide support for all aspects of offering memoranda.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of related work experience in the mutual fund or financial services industry.
  • Transaction and/or adjustment processing experience.
  • Inbound call inquiries experience.
  • Completion of College program or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
  • Canadian Securities Course completion (within the last 3 years) or registration as a dealing representative.
