DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Member Service Representative to join our team. As a Senior Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote DUCA's products and services to members, identifying opportunities to increase their financial well-being and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the credit union by participating in local market business development opportunities and community events.
- Assist the Branch Manager with administrative duties, reporting, and other tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years' experience in a financial services environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Proven customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
