Job Title: Member Service Representative

DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at the Etobicoke Branch.

About the Role:

The Member Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering inquiries, and promoting DUCA's full range of services. This role requires a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a commitment to helping members achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional member service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote DUCA's services and products, explaining benefits and features to members and making quality referrals to advisors.
  • Handle member requests for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other routine transactions.
  • Identify and fulfill members' financial service needs, such as cashing and certifying cheques, processing bill payments, and ordering cheques.
  • Participate in local market business development opportunities and community events.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with and handling cash.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems.
  • Two years' experience helping members or customers in a bank or credit union environment, preferred.
