Autodesk is seeking a highly skilled Insight Operations Lead to join our Experience Analytics Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing, quality assurance practices, and build automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of offshore operations engineers to support the creation of customer insights across multiple products
  • Oversee the delivery of insights to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product partners to integrate insights into product development and improvement processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with product partners across multiple teams, ensuring operational alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in delivering insights
  • Manage and prioritize operational tasks and projects to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Continuously monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the operations team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience (7+ years) leading operations teams in a technology-driven environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving operational improvements
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and risk management
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
