Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas;
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients and the public;
  • Order office supplies as needed;
  • Send invoices and perform other clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail;
  • Utilize electronic scheduler, presentation software, and MS Word for administrative tasks;
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Experience working in a retail/wholesale establishment or distribution centre;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Familiarity with electronic mail and basic computer skills;
