Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Maani Phone Shop. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff, managing sales floor operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including sales workers, door-to-door salespersons, and retail salespersons.
- Sales Floor Operations: Manage sales floor operations, including inventory management, merchandise ordering, and display setup.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and provide product information.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or retail management.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment.
