As an Administrative Manager at Consult2Bond Inc., you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

You will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, co-ordinating and planning for office services, and assisting in the preparation of our operating budget. Additionally, you will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. You will also be required to possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and a high level of organization and reliability.
