Administrative Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Ivaanta Enterprises Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of $60,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones for improvement.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including administering policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Google Drive and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
