At Consult2Bond Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient use of resources and effective completion of tasks.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
