Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a Manager, Financial Services in Moosomin, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional member experiences and achieve sales growth targets.
About the Role
- Lead a team of financial services professionals to provide personalized solutions to members and drive sales growth
- Coach and develop team members to achieve individual and company sales goals
- Collaborate with leadership peers to achieve business objectives and targets
- Empower team members to build strong relationships with members and deliver exceptional service
About You
- 5 years' experience in complex consumer lending and investments
- 2 years' experience in a formal or informal leadership role
- Sales or sales coaching experience
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of $68,110 - $85,140 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target
