- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to meet business needs
- Oversee payroll administration and conduct performance reviews to ensure employee satisfaction and growth
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
