Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Royal Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve high standards.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, with a large workload and repetitive tasks.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
