Strategic Operations Director

PACIFIC COAST ROOFING & CONTRACTING LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our business, ensuring seamless execution of our strategies and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
- Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

Requirements- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior operations role.
