- Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue, and build strong relationships with customers and vendors.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales or management in the design industry, with a strong background in lighting and design.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or certificate in Interior Architecture, Design, or Business Administration.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
