About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showroom Operations Manager to join our team at LightForm Canada. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for leading our showroom team and driving sales growth in the design industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Hire, train, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Showroom Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our showroom, including managing inventory, maintaining a visually appealing display, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue, and build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest lighting and design trends, and provide expert advice to customers on product selection and specification.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales or management in the design industry, with a strong background in lighting and design.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or certificate in Interior Architecture, Design, or Business Administration.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
