Job Summary: In this role as an Administrative Coordinator for Tattoo Studio Operations, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving daily operations in a fast-paced tattoo studio environment. Your duties will include scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and providing exceptional customer support to clients.


About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering outstanding service to our clients.


Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, including inventory tracking
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Consult with clients after their visit to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
