Tattoo Studio Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Tattoo Studio Manager to join our team at Colibri Tattoo and Piercing Incorporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staff Management: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, and hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Client Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
Work Environment:

Our studio is a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
