Tattoo Studio Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Tattoo Studio Manager to join our team at Colibri Tattoo and Piercing Incorporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily performance, and planning and organizing daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily activities, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, promoting the studio's brand and reputation.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a team of 5-10 people. The studio is open 35 hours per week, and the candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
