Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at 5centsCDN Inc.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Analyst will provide technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to customer problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of our products and services.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technical solutions and processes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support analysts.
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Working Conditions

The Technical Support Analyst will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
