Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer networks, software, and hardware.
- User Training: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems, software, and other technical tools.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve technical problems and issues, and document solutions for future reference.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technical support staff to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall technical support services.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
