About the Role

Winpak is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including equipment, materials, and services
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
