Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Project Manager to join our team at EllisDon. As a Commissioning Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the commissioning components of construction projects from design to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate commissioning activities with stakeholders.
  • Review and confirm accurate billings for commissioning components.
  • Monitor and review project static and dynamic testing processes.
  • Review architectural, mechanical, and electrical changes.
  • Provide expert advice and report on commissioning program delivery and performance.
  • Follow up on open commissioning deficiencies.
  • Establish policies, procedures, and performance measures.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical experience.
  • Eight to ten years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical commissioning.
  • Solid technical background concerning BAS, Air & Water Balancing, ASHRAE, LEED, and Systems Integration.
  • Experience in end-to-end management of commissioning programs.
  • Experience with life-cycle budgeting and statutory compliances.
  • Hospital/Health Care, ICI construction experience an asset.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload with limited supervision.
