$85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Commercial Commissioning Professional to join our Commissioning Team in Toronto. This is a customer-facing role that requires collaboration with internal and external resources to deliver project expectations. As a Commissioning Project Manager, you'll be responsible for executing commissioning and commissioning-related services primarily on new building construction projects, ranging in type, size, and complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage commissioning processes on multiple projects simultaneously while achieving project deliverables, deadlines, and financial expectations.
  • Interact successfully with multi-discipline internal and external project teams.
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships.
  • Achieve project objectives, such as those detailed in Owner's Project Requirements, Construction Contract Documents, LEED, or other building rating systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5-10 years of experience working with HVAC and Controls building systems, including commissioning experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and tasks on each project, adapting to shifting priorities.
  • The desire to continuously learn and work more effectively.
  • Possession of a valid Class G Driver's License.
