Human Resources Information Systems Manager

- Ensure the configuration, administration, and monitoring of the Dayforce platform to guarantee its proper functioning.
- Oversee software updates and system version management.
- Configure Dayforce modules based on HR needs (payroll, absence management, recruitment, talent management, etc.).
- Perform testing to verify the compliance of updates or adjustments made to the system.
In this role, you will also provide technical support to Dayforce users by resolving issues and answering questions related to system usage. This includes training employees on best practices for using Dayforce, particularly HR managers, payroll supervisors, and staff.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with expertise in the Dayforce platform or another HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Strong skills in troubleshooting technical issues and managing data.
- Proficiency in generating reports using tools integrated with Dayforce.
