Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Data and HR Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting managers' needs in terms of recruitment and professional development, developing the employer brand, participating in HR processes, advising on new practices, and monitoring training needs across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Collect managers' needs in terms of recruitment and professional development in their teams
  • Be responsible for all stages of the recruitment process, from posting to hiring
  • Develop the employer brand to attract, recruit, and retain top talent
  • Participate in HR processes, including quarterly evaluation, equity, and salary review
  • Advise on the implementation of new practices and carry out change management
  • Monitor training needs across the organization
  • Collect information to produce relevant indicators
  • Supervise talent attraction and retention activities by positioning Libéo as an employer of choice
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University education in human resources or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the job market, including 5 years in a position with similar responsibilities
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of work tools: Netsuite, Suite Office, talent acquisition system
