Fruiticana is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our retail team in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent position with a salary of $60,000 per year.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in retail management and a secondary school graduation certificate. They will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning duties, hiring and training employees, authorizing payments and orders, and maintaining inventory.

As a Store Operations Manager at Fruiticana, you will work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. You will be organized, reliable, and a team player. You will also provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
