Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Coquitlam Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize store performance and profitability through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff development.
  • Analyze sales results and implement strategies to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performance team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Manage controllable expenses, labor schedules, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and head office teams on various projects and initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement effective solutions.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
