Agricultural Operations Manager

Coutts Agro Ltd. is seeking a skilled Farm Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, ensuring farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, and overseeing growing and other crop-related operations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of experience in farm management and be proficient in operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment. The role also involves coordinating maintenance and repair services, assisting in operation, repair and maintenance, and loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment. The successful candidate will be a team player who can participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the farm. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, life insurance, and pension plan. The work term is permanent, with a 45-hour workweek.
