Job Title: Office Administrator

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, train staff, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and plan and control budget and expenditures.



Requirements


  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience


Work Environment


  • Fast-paced environment
  • Public transportation is available
