Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at KMS Kelowna Medical Supplies. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Organized and team player
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. Public transportation is available, and the work schedule is 35 hours per week.
