Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Scheduling: Manage work schedules to meet the needs of the hotel and ensure adequate staffing during peak periods.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure the hotel's facilities remain well-maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
