We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Kidz in the Rockies Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, including education and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Assist with the maintenance of our database software and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare and edit documents, including financial statements, invoices, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain our filing system, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and database software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
