Duties and Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule appointments and confirm them with relevant parties.
  • Phone and Email Management: Answer phone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Data Entry and Filing: Compile data, statistics, and other information, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Correspondence and Reports: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • MS Office Proficiency: Possess strong skills in MS Office, including word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and presentation creation.
Work Conditions and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Hours of Work: Work 35 hours per week in a permanent position.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
What We Offer
  • Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
