Business Development Partner

CIMA+ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Partner, Training and Organizational Development to join our team. As a key member of our Training and Organizational Development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management programs that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Development: Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
- Content Revision: Participate in the revision of leadership program content, adapting existing content or creating new content as required.
- Program Coordination: Contribute to the planning and coordination of leadership development program activities and provide support to participants.
- Facilitation: Participate in the facilitation of focus groups or group activities related to programs and initiatives when required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in an organizational development role with experience in designing skills development programs.
- Skills: Customer-focused, team-oriented, and supportive. Excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills for training, classroom, or virtual discussions.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of talent management practices, including retention, engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
- Project Management: Project planning, organization, and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Language: Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written). English is required given the need to interact with CIMA+ offices across Canada.
