Key Account Manager

FUTURE TECH GLASS & CLOSET ORGANIZERS LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our sales and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team.
Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service and drive customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including workload management, performance monitoring, and coaching to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales leadership or operations management.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Candidates must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience.
