Key Account Sales Manager

EASI Entrance Automation Systems Inc. is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management and be able to supervise staff, assign duties, order merchandise, establish work schedules, resolve issues, organize inventory, and manage cash.
Responsibilities- Supervise staff and assign duties to optimize sales performance.
- Order merchandise to meet customer demands and maintain an optimal inventory level.
- Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.
The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on experience. EASI Entrance Automation Systems Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
