Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Sales Manager to join our team at CaseMogul Phone Repairs. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Autorize return of merchandise in accordance with company policies.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Sell merchandise to customers, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to meet sales targets.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Be available to work 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling as needed.
  • Fluently speak English as a primary language.
Salary and Benefits
