Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead our sales, marketing, and research initiatives. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and developing strategic partnerships.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in senior-level sales and marketing roles, with experience in digital marketing and data analysis. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and team members.

The Finance Director will oversee the development of our research, analytics, and insights capabilities, ensuring that we have the necessary tools to inform our business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, and expand existing ones.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial sustainability and scalability.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in senior-level sales and marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and data analysis.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Experience in managing budgets and forecasts, with a focus on financial sustainability and scalability.
