Location: Canada

Salary Range: $145,000 - $200,000 CAD per year

Job Description:

The Strategic Finance Director is a senior financial and operational thought leader responsible for providing strategic guidance to the Canadian Personal Bank. This role involves leading a dedicated team of finance professionals in measurement, analysis, and decision support.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of finance professionals in finance measurement, analysis, and decision support
  • Provide strategic guidance to the Canadian Personal Bank on financial planning, reporting, and forecasting
  • Identify financial opportunities, risks, and solutions, and advise on P&L optimization opportunities
  • Oversee financial reporting signoff and engage in appropriate audit engagements
  • Maintain a diverse group of professionals and provide excellent analytical skills in assessing finance/market and business issues

Requirements:

  • CA/CMA/CGA/MBA/CFA would be an asset
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse group of professionals
  • Excellent analytical skills in assessing finance/market and business issues
